VISION
Our vision as a ministry is to see the church in Uganda and beyond ever-growing both wider numerically and deeper theologically.
We want to see the many people here who are stuck in witchcraft and the African traditional religion of animism turning away from idols to serving the living and true God.
We want to see a change in the thousands of men in our villages and towns who have forsaken God’s creation mandate in Genesis and have given themselves to lives of irresponsibility, drunkenness, sexual immorality, and domestic violence. We want to see these men transformed by the resurrection power of Christ; taking up meaningful work, raising godly families, and reflecting the glory of God in the communities they live in.
We want to see the millions who have been duped into following a false gospel of health, wealth, and prosperity turning away from that self-centered religion; each one taking up his cross and following Christ; each one denying himself and surrendering fully to the Christ who is Lord over all (Luke 14:27).
We want to see trained church leaders treasuring the word of God deeply and equipping the saints for the work of the ministry (Eph. 4:11-12).
We want to see the church strong and healthy; rooted in the word of God and led by the Holy Spirit applying the wisdom of God’s word to every aspect of life and to the issues in the community.
We want to see believers pursuing holiness personally and corporately with Spirit-empowered discipline out of love for Christ and gratitude to Him.
We want to see believers growing in the gospel, compassionate for the lost and committed to use all their God-given spiritual gifts and resources for the purpose of making disciples and building up the body of Christ.
We want to see local churches that are not built around charismatic personalities but have the gospel at the center of their corporate worship; and honor Christ with fervent praying, word-filled singing, cheerful giving, and Christ-centered preaching.
